Realtors for the Homeless

Realtors for the Homeless is an initiative by Dawning Family Services to engage Tampa Bay area realtors in our mission of providing shelter and services for families with children touched by homelessness.

As a successful realtor, it is incredibly rewarding to help families find their dream homes in beautiful Tampa Bay. We are fortunate to live in one of the most desirable real estate markets in the country.  With that comes a cost; higher home prices, elevated rental rates, and an affordable housing crisis.  Local families who are already struggling to make ends meet, are the most affected.  Many of them are being pushed on the streets with nowhere to go.  This year, Dawning Family Services has received over 2,000 requests for help via our website. 

 

We believe every child deserves a safe place to rest and hope for a brighter future.  We know you do, too.
